BE A RESPONSIBLE LIBRARY USER!

Received a letter from NLB yesterday night.
It's about my $1.05 fine for 1 of the books i borrowed last time unpaid.
So i'm not a responsible library user just because of $1.05 fine unpaid. -.-
Just because of NLB(National Library board) is changing policy.
"From 1 april 2009,
All library members with any unpaid library fines and fees in their account
will have their borrowing privileges disrupted until ALL
library fines and fees have been settled."
Lol,From 1 April 2009 onwards,
Never pay fines/fees=No books is able to borrow.

Just because of $1.05 fine.
procrastination makes me keep delaying to pay up.
However,before 1 april'09(Policy changing date),
i will have to make my way to JE Library which is the nearest National library
to pay $1.05!

Stupid of me procrastinating paying the fine.
